AMVAC is primarily a specialty chemical manufacturer that is dedicated to developing and marketing safe and effective products for agricultural and commercial uses. These products, which include insecticides, fungicides, molluscicides, plant growth regulators and soil fumigants are marketed in liquid, powder and granular forms. Its products are sold throughout the United States and in various foreign countries under either its own name or those of its customers.

AMVAC also conducts its business through its international subsidiaries, AMVAC Chemical UK Ltd., the company's UK office and Quimica AMVAC de Mexico S.A. de C.V. the company's Mexico office.
