Amvac's Business and Product Development Team is comprised of two groups of professional managers — Business Development and Product Development. Amvac's Business Development group is responsible for acquiring products or companies either through acquisition or licensing means. Staffed with senior experienced professionals, Amvac's Business Development group maintains contact with companies, universities and groups throughout the world in its efforts to secure new growth opportunities for the company. 

Amvac’s Product Development Team is comprised of scientists and agronomists with decades of combined experience in field research and development, sales support and training. Team members are responsible for developing Amvac’s line of increasingly diverse products while serving as important technical experts to internal and external customers.
